- I am a dynamic professional motivational speaker/facilitator, trainer, instructional designer and consultant with over 17 years of solid experience in training, development, and instructional design. My experience includes in-depth knowledge regarding curriculum and competency development in the areas of interpersonal communication, organizational and workforce development/achievement, organizational strategic planning and implementation as well as team performance management and enhancement.
Directly involved in the building and development of Georgia’s highly productive employees, teams, and executive leaders, I am recognized as a Certified Facilitator in many major training components and programs.

My academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Education in Adult Education and Instructional Technology/Curriculum Design. Embracing the notion of continuing to “Sharpen my Saw”, I am currently a Doctoral student at Argosy University, pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Instructional Leadership, focusing on instructing on the collegiate level.
